Nick Cassini
Nick Cassini is a co-founder of Cassini & Co. and a recognized leader in private club development, bridging elite golf, real estate development, and private club strategy. His career combines a deep understanding of the game with hands-on experience creating and delivering world-class club and lifestyle communities.
A former First Team All-American at the University of Georgia, Nick won a National Championship with UGA, represented the United States in the Walker Cup, and has been inducted into the UGA Circle of Honor. He also received the UGA Arch Award and later spent five years competing professionally on the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, and European Tours.
In the business world, Nick has served as Co-President of IMI Worldwide Properties and Chief Operating Officer of Ansley Developer Services, leading complex real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle-driven development platforms.
Alongside his brother and partner Dimitri Cassini, Nick has led the development and delivery of private club, golf, and lifestyle real estate projects across the U.S. and Europe—including The Rose Golf Club, Madison Fields, and The Preserve—guiding each from vision through capitalization, design, and execution.

Dimitri Cassini
Dimitri Cassini is a co-founder of Cassini & Co. and a recognized leader in private club development, operating at the intersection of real estate development and private club strategy. A trusted advisor to some of the world’s most exclusive clubs, Dimitri has worked across a wide range of offerings—from elite golf clubs and private residence clubs to beach clubs and ultra-exclusive lifestyle memberships.
His experience includes landmark projects such as Palazzo Tornabuoni (an exclusive Four Seasons residence club in Florence, Italy), Rock Creek Cattle Company (a private golf and residential club in Montana), Napa Valley Reserve(one of the world’s most exclusive wine clubs), and Tahoe Beach Club (a private beach club with residences in Lake Tahoe, Nevada).
Dimitri has held senior leadership roles as Co-President of IMI Worldwide Properties and Chief Sales Officer of Ansley Developer Services, leading complex real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle-driven development platforms.
